Last week

The Prompt
Let’s do a hip harness this week! Hip harnesses are often used for suspension but I’m just looking at the ones for aesthetic purposes at the moment, as we’re still in our beginner’s phrase, though this one can be used as a hip harness, which is called, the Tobutsuru Hip Harness.
You need more than one 10m rope for this one.

No need to follow the prompt. You can choose a different hip harness, think up your own or do something else entirely with rope as long as you do it safely.
